Peace has its foundation in the family, community nation and ultimately in the affirmation and understanding that we are all custodians and Citizens of The Planet Earth The cornerstone of peace is to think Globally, act locally and as Ghandi said "we must be the change that we desire" In this respect we need to talk, think and be creative within the context of peace
Harmony and Cooperation Beyond Boundaries
Our aim is to overcome human barriers such as race, religion, politics and ethnicity and works to build bridges of reconciliation, cooperation and peace. The new way of thinking which Einstein was talking about was to see the all inclusive nature of our relationship with each other and with the environment
Human Responsibility
The realization of peace requires principled human effort. Peace does not emerge automatically. Each human being must take responsibility to initiate their own personal, spiritual and moral transformation and contribute to the well-being of others.
Living for the Sake of Others
The Golden Rule "Treat others only in ways that you're willing to be treated in the same exact situation." is the essential teachings of all religions. There is evolving in our time a global civic culture, a culture which contains further elements to be incorporated in a new global ethics. The idea of human rights, the principle of democratic legitimacy, public accountability, and the emerging ethos of evidence and proof are the prime candidates for consideration. The ideals and purposes of the United Nations bodies have acquired a certain ideological legitimacy. Cooperative Give and Take Action
The universe is relational in nature. Give and take action leads to peace when the action is guided by the principle of living for the sake of others. Lasting human development has its foundation in unselfish give and take action. Conflict, abuse and corruption have their foundation in selfish give and take action.
Partnership
Everything maintains itself at the expense of everything else. We live in an evolving universe where "harmonious, cooperative, coherent and empathic relationship build bridges between people and sustainability with the environment No Human Being can exist in isolation. Successful partnership requires unselfish give and take action.
Spiritual Reality
In science there is now the recognition of sensitivity of living organisms to all other living entities Just as on the quantum micro scale everything is connected with everything else so Human Beings are living quantum systems connected with the total information in the living Universe. Thus we are not blocks of cells (like buildings) but living systems of entangled minds and beings who pick up information process and transmit it, This is the nature of consciousness as defined by the new science of consciousness (See Prof. Dr Ervin Laszlo Founder of the Club of Budapest. Our potentiality is immense. We are not skin encapsulated Egos but non linear vastly creative Human Sapiens Beings/ We are connected by an interpersonal noosphere, the realization of which can give rise to a more humane sustainable ethical Global society.
